How it works
1
Consultation
After you have contacted me with your ideas and images, via email or the contact page, I will show you the choice of plates/platters/saucers I have so that we can work out what works best. I like to keep photos and crockery from the same period together but the contrast of a modern photo with a very old plate can make a stunning statement piece.
Payment is taken at this stage as I cannot resell personalised items to anyone else.

2
Editing and Planning
I will edit your image or text to best suit and fit the plate. All images and texts will be in black and white. I will then print a paper draft of the transfer.

3
Rough draft
I will contact you to show you the placement and size of the image or text so that you can make any changes before I make it for you. The transfers are clear so the paper image won't be exactly the same. It will look much better when finished.

4
Production and drying
The final images are prepared and then applied to the plates. They are then given a finishing coat of varnish and left to dry for 48-72 hours. Only then will they be sent out.

5
Postage
Your item is sent to you with a wall hanger. It will be well protected and will get to you intact and ready to love forever.
